Tom started Dixon Associates, following a twenty eight year career in Human Resources and Plant Management.  His industry experience includes employment at small privately owned businesses as well as large Fortune 100 firms.  His most recent corporate position was Plant Manager at a large beverage manufacturing facility in Dallas.  He has owned/managed Dixon Associates since inception in 2002 and has quickly evolved from a successful corporate career to a leader in the recruiting industry.

Greg is a 2001 graduate of the University of North Texas majoring in Production and Operations Management. Prior to Joining Dixon Associates full time in 2010, he held managerial roles in the Food Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Telecommunications industries.
